Q: Why don't you list the prices of your jewellery on your website? How much does your jewellery cost?
A: The jewellery prices are not listed on the website because not all of the pieces you see on the website are available as shown. Some have already been sold and are only shown on the website as examples in order to be replicated by C&C Jewellery Factory when a sold item is requested for purchase. If the item is sold, but requested for purchase, custom changes can be made, or may be required depdendant upon supply availability. Any of these changes may alter the price. Average prices for most jewellery range from $10 to $35 per piece of jewellery.
Q: Why do you have jewellery shown in the Picture Gallery even if it is has been sold or is not currently available?
A: I keep all pieces of jewellery in the Picture Gallery regardless of availability. The Picture Gallery is used as a product catalogue. Some pieces can be reproduced exactly as shown, while others may require some minor changes due to supply availability or customer preference. For example, necklace N017 was created for a customer who wanted a necklace similar to N004. Certain pieces are available for purchase exactly as shown. Availability and any necessary changes will be discussed by email to ensure you will be getting the jewellery you want. There won't be any surprises!
Q: What if I like one of the children's jewellery items or my child likes one of the adult jewellery items? Can I order it in a different size?
A: Yes, you can order any of the items on the website to be custom made for either an adult or a child. Please specify if the children's jewellery item is for an adult or vice versa so I can make it the appropriate size.
Q: Did you design and make all of the jewellery yourself? Where do you come up with all of the different styles? How long have you been making jewellery?
A: Yes, I made and designed all of the jewellery myself. For designs, I come up with many as I go along. I also come up with designs based on current trends and demand. Other designs I create with my customers' needs in mind. I have been making jewellery for a few years, but I opened it up to a broader network in 2008.
Q: Where do you get your jewellery supplies?
A: I purchase most of my supplies from bead and craft stores such as Michaels, Jo-Ann Fabrics and Crafts, independent/local bead or craft stores, sometimes on my many travels, and online.
Q: Where are you located? How can I get my jewellery delivered to me?
A: I am located in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. Check out Contact Us to see where Waterloo is located. Currently, I deliver throughout Ontario, but am willing to open up delivery throughout North America. I will find a method of delivery with the most affordable and quickest shipping process for you.
Q: I live in or around Waterloo or have a friend or family member nearby. Can I opt out of getting my order shipped to me and pick it up from you instead?
A: Yes, alternate arrangements can be arranged.
Q: How do I pay for my order?
A: Payment options and your preference will be discussed during the ordering process. There may be the option of using PayPal for your convenience and security.
Q: Will I get a discount if I make a large order?
A: I cannot guarantee a discount, but I will do my best to always offer affordable prices and shipping.
Q: Can I use your pictures on my website, Facebook, print them, etc.?
A: Photos are property of C&C Jewellery Factory and showcase my work and designs. If you would like to use any of the photos of my jewellery, please email me at ccjewelleryfactory@gmail.com to tell me how you would use the photos and I may allow you permission to use them. If given permission to use the photos, credit for any photos must be given to C&C Jewellery Factory.
